Baby Shower Bingo Step By Step

There are a couple of ways to play baby shower bingo.

The first adaptation calls for you to give each guest a blank bingo card. The number of squares will depend on the number of guests that you have invited to the baby shower. You should still stay with columns being labeled B, I, N, G, and O, but you don't have to use five empty spaces for each column. Don't forget to mark the center box as a  FREE box.

Ask each guest to mark each square with things that they think the mother to be will acquire as gifts. For even more fun, you can have the guests to draw the items in the boxes instead of just writing them in. It is up to you as to whether or not the guests can use the same label for more than one square. When the time comes to open gifts, ask the attendees to mark out the boxes that match up with each gift the mother receives. It is up to you to decide what the winning pattern should be. It could be a horizontal, diagonal, or vertical line. It could also be the first guest to mark out the corner boxes, completing a full card, or the first person to get five boxes marked off, despite of the pattern.

The second adaptation can be played by any number of guests. Follow the same rules as the original, except this time, you will pass out printed bingo cards that you have made up. The items shown in the boxes are items that mothers to be are most likely to get at a baby shower.

You have two options as to how to continue with the game. You could jot down the same items on individual pieces of paper, put them in a container, and draw them out one at a time until one of guests completes the winning pattern. Likewise, it's up to you to decide what the winning pattern will be.

Or, you can also use this version and have the guests mark off the corresponding box according to each gift that is received.
